The meeting was much simpler than either of us thought it would be and lasted less than an hour. We received draft copies of the Wills to be signed and witnessed within a couple of days of the meeting, which we duly returned, and within a very short space of time we had confirmation that the Wills were in place along with certificates confirming that they had been added to Certainty - National Will Register.
