Before working with Jessica, I had tried a few different styles of therapy with a variety of personalities. Without a doubt, Jess gave the most effective support I have ever received, and everything I hoped to gain from therapy in only a few sessions. From our first session, I knew Jess was suited to me. She made me feel comfortable, safe and seen. I felt she instantly understand who I was, better than myself. I cannot believe that I haven't felt the need to return to therapy since working with Jess. I can't see myself feeling so suffocated ever again since she helped provide me with the tools to create strong foundations for handling any challenges that come my way. I am so grateful for Jessica and cannot recommend her enough! Truly life changing - Thank you so much Jess. All the best, Sasha xx

Hey Lovely If you are reading this, I understand that you are struggling and I want you to know that you CAN feel better.... Reaching out is the hardest part, I promise. Once we recognise that we need some outside support then we are taking the first steps towards our healing. So I am guessing that you are looking for a new way to move forward in your life. Perhaps you have tried some other therapies and nothing has worked for you yet.

I am based in Brighton and Hove (working online and in person) and I charge £150 for a 90 minute session (however due to current circumstances I am currently offering half price sessions so the cost is just £75) I use various techniques such as muscle testing (kinesiology) to find out what's really going on for you (we often don't fully know the answers consciously) and then energy psychology and energy medicine techniques to release negative thought forms, limiting beliefs and emotions at their root.

I first met Liz when she was running a weekend stress management course, having suffered with stress related depression earlier in my life I was interested to hear what she had to say and teach.
The first thing that strikes you with Liz is her confidence and knowledge of the issues she is discussing, this puts your mind at rest very early on.
Her stress management course was a revelation and I could honestly say that if I had known what Liz taught me that weekend, when I was younger, I have no doubt that I would have had the tools to cope with the stress much better and not end up with depression.
I would go as far to say that everybody would benefit from what she talks about in this current stress heavy world.
When she first contacted me about her hypnotherapy sessions I was at first quite sceptical, I didn’t really believe in it and thought it would be embarrassing if I sat there and I was unable to be hypnotised as a “non believer”.
From the start of the session it was immediately apparent that she had the same confidence with her new skill as in the earlier stress management course.
Liz had phoned me a few days before the session to discuss things in my life that may benefit from hypnotherapy and she prepared a script based on this conversation.
The environment and atmosphere was calming and Liz explained clearly everything that was going to happen. It wasn’t long before I was “under” but I was still aware of what was going on and never felt out of control.
When the session was finished I felt incredibly relaxed and chilled out and Liz explained that she would make some recordings of the session for me to listen back to.
There is no doubt that the hypnotherapy has had an impact on the things that Liz and I discussed and over time and listening to her recordings things have improved on a daily basis.
Liz keeps in touch and is always available for a chat which makes a big difference.
I couldn’t recommend Liz highly enough because she has made such a difference to the way I view and manage different aspects of my life in particular stress and related conditions.

My name is Tom Maxwell and I am Body-psychotherapist and massage therapist based in Brighton & Hove. I trained in Body-psychotherapy and Biodynamic massage therapy at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre. Prior to working as a Body-psychotherapist I spent over a decade working for the YMCA as a support worker. It was both a challenging and rewarding role providing a strong foundation for retraining as a psychotherapist.

My aim is to give you the time and space to talk these issues through. I focus on the person and what they want to achieve through therapy rather than look for a diagnosis. I can help you to explore your emotions, create new insights, facilitate change in your life, and break troubling thought or behaviour patterns. In a nutshell, my personal therapeutic approach is pragmatic, compassionate, and individually-tailored.

I am an integratively trained counsellor which, to the layperson, simply means I can work with a number of different psychological approaches and theories. This flexibility allows me to select the approach most suited to each client’s needs. We all have our own individual style of communicating, listening and conveying how we feel and what we are thinking. Understanding the personal life-view and values of each client is what makes for a powerful experience in the counselling relationship and allows real shift and freedom to take place through the work.
