It was around Xmas 2018 when I spoke to Georgina. I was down in the dumps, looking back at the past year, thinking how I wasted another year and how yet again I’m still this weak, fragile person who lacks so much self- belief it’s crippling.

Many young men yearn for responsibility and duty, but lack the guidance and support. I help young men to find and take on that responsibility in service to their families and the world. I have mentored and coached people for the last 13 years to find their voice. This work is hard so please only contact me if you’re willing to do the hard yards - I mean it! I am not a therapist, but I can and will help you heal from traumatic situations. I charge £75 per 1 hour session, and usually begin with an initial trial phase of 4 sessions paid up front if you’re serious. If you *genuinely* cannot afford this I will always try to find other options to support you. My personal faith as a Christian is crucial to me because nothing in my life has changed me as much as Christ. I’ve been able to face my own abuser in my past and overcome addictions because of my growing faith in Christ. After many painful, difficult challenges, seeing someone make a personal breakthrough, overcoming the situations, the people, the opportunities that they fear the most. I work with most mentees via Zoom via and on the phone, including internationally.
The majority of my work is online and phone-based so I have not needed to make many significant changes.
