Had my first KCR last night. This morning I've woken with much more movement in lower back, less tightness/pain in my legs and achilles heels. As a massage therapist I will most certainly be recommending this to my clients. Massage is a great way to relieve tension and knots with relaxation but this feels completely different. I have an 11 year old son who has suffered terribly from severe migraines since he was just a toddler, he has been on so many different medications in the last 6/7 years and with nothing seeming to help him, I have been desperate to find something that gives him some relief and quality of life back, so after a recommendation from a friend of Heathers I booked him in for a session of Reiki. We were both a wee bit skeptical and didn’t really know what to expect but went with an open mind anyway, nothing ventured - nothing gained, right? My son had tried using crystals in the past, he is very open to trying ‘alternative’ things. Well how glad am I we went, from the minute we met Heather I just had a really good feeling. She is such a lovely person and has a wonderful way with my son, he opened up to her after a few minutes of being a bit nervous. I sat in on his first session and within minutes of Heather laying her hands on him I could see my little boy relaxing into the bed, and at the end of the session I was amazed at how much Heather had picked up on. My son really enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed, he had his first full week at school since the term started and only had a few mild migraines symptoms that didn’t develop further. He has since had a 2nd session and a 3rd booked for next week. Thank you Heather, I know it’s early days but I think you might just have given my little boy his childhood back ❤️
