Bianca is a truly amazing, caring, understanding person. Whilst studying for my university degree i lost my mother to cancer and my father had psychotic depression, i experienced a complete loss of identity, low self esteem, anxiety and depression. In my sessions with bianca, i talked about everything i was struggling with from friendships, relationships, my struggle with grief and just dealing with life in general. She listened to everything i had to say, and helped me to get to the root of what i was dealing with and numerous ways to help over come it. She helped me to change how i saw myself and others, how to deal with things i was facing and regain my confidence in ways i had never had it before. I could honestly talk to Bianca about anything and she never made me feel like what i was worried about was insignificant, she would help me with whatever i was facing. I have gone to counselling and therapy in the past, but life coaching with Bianca is the only thing that has truly helped me to get back on my feet and feel happy in myself again, it never felt forced or awkward, it was like talking to a friend.I would recommend Bianca to anyone whatever they are going through.

Hypnotherapy services based in central Cornwall. I specialise in helping clients with anxiety issues and phobias, weight / body image, and addiction issues such as smoking. Addiction and weight issues take three one-hour sessions over three weeks. Most other issues can be dealt with in a single one-hour session. I learned hypnosis and NLP from Dr Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna, and continually retrain to improve my skill set.

I had a session with John, I must admit I've never done anything like this before, was a little sceptical. I had a chat with John about my situation and what I wanted to achieve, he gave the knowledge to help me out and how to continue using the information received, I'd definitely recommend John, easy to chat with and relaxed environment. I would recommend John's advice.

I've just this evening had my last session with Samantha. I arrived with what felt like a whole heap of negative baggage and have left today brimming with positivity and the tools I need to overcome any blips that might present themselves to me in the future. Sam has given me back me and I am truly grateful. I wish I could have given her more than 5 stars. I thoroughly recommend Sam at the lighthouse practice to anyone feeling overwhelmed by life's hurdles thank you Sam

We are a small team of qualified therapists providing person-centred counselling. It is useful in the treatment of a wide range of issues: self-esteem issues, anxiety, trauma, depression, loss and bereavement, fears and phobias, eating disorders, self harm, anger management and so on.

I provide support for individuals who have reached a point in life where they feel things need to change but aren't quite sure how to implement those changes. Areas of work can include improving mental health, developing confidence and self esteem, eliminating negative thought patterns, building better relationships, career development, family issues, bereavement and much more.
Hi, I'm David Pender, (Kernow Counsellor) “Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.” Counselling becomes a journey where you work through the layers of difficult emotions. It can be hard work and at times reopen painful wounds. Healing takes you deep into places that are not always easy to visit. You will have the advantage of feeling supported.
Reaching out can be difficult, but it is important to find someone who feels right for you. Person Centred therapy is a working relationship – not dependent on medical diagnosis but can help with all conditions. It uniquely puts you, the client, at the heart of the process. There are no judgements, no interpretation, and no one size fits all approach, the questions, and answers come from within.
Hello, I'm Tana J Accredited & Certified Somatic Coach + CertIV Remedial Body-Work | Level 3 Counselling | CertHE Early Childhood Development & Creative Art Therapy Like many of us, I've faced my fair share of life's challenges, and despite a history of C-PTSD, severe anxiety, and cripplingly low self-esteem I've discovered something truly beautiful - the incredible potential of the mind and body to heal and thrive.
Throughout our lives we may encounter challenging experiences. We may feel lost and lack the guidance and clarity to assist in making difficult choices. We may struggle to deal with the affliction of loss or bereavement. We may find it difficult to understand the sensations and emotions attached to trauma and relational conflicts. We may be unsure of our identity and how we fit within the world.

I hope your search for a therapist is going well. It can be a difficult process, but it is really important to find a therapist who feels right for you. The relationship with your therapist is often more helpful than their training and experience. You are unique and I believe therapy should be as individual as you are. I’m a fully qualified person-centred psychotherapist / counsellor / coach.

I would like to thank you for taking the first step to getting some help and support with the challenges you are facing at the moment. Life can be hard sometimes and seeking the support we need when we need it takes courage and strength. Please call me on 079•• •••••• or email me on c•••••@••••.com I am able to offer an empathic and safe space where you can remember the roots of who you are. Here you can rise fully into your true authentic self standing firmly rooted knowing you are in the flow of your life. With our sessions I can be fully present with you as you connect to your affirming feelings and needs. This will be a space full of warmth, compassion, and free of judgements. We can work collaboratively in navigating what it is you want to work through; you may discover you simply want a space to be seen and heard fully; or you may want support to process a significant event that has caused you a deep pain and hurt; you may even want to find solutions to blocks that are preventing you living your life as fully as you want. Whatever the reason please be aware that it is you who is the authority on your life and you have the capacity to know what you truly feel and need. I will be here to support you in this process. 1-1 Counselling Sessions I work in a person centred way, with the belief that you are the person most knowledgeable about your life and your emotional happenings. I believe that each person can work through their distress to find their own unique potential and wellbeing. Given the right conditions YOU have an infinite capacity to heal and grow and I can support and guide you through your process. It may be scary to talk openly and honestly about your feelings and I want to assure you that whatever you are feeling I will do my best to understand, and will provide a safe space without judgement. I won't tell you what to do but instead will work closely alongside you to help you work it out. Sometimes that might mean just sitting with you in your sadness, fear and distress, just being there with you when you are at your most vulnerable. This approach does not offer quick fixes yet can be incredibly powerful in enabling lasting change. Outdoor Therapy I also offer walk and talk therapy. Walking whilst engaged in therapy may help you to feel like you are moving forward, help you to open your mind and think more clearly. This may enable you to move through blocks and challenges to a place where you can see a range of possibilities available to you. Nature is a great resource which has always been available to us all which offers us a connection to a greater perspective which is calm and healing. Trees, plants, wild animals, birds, the elements and the cycles of the seasons can all be our guides and teachers; mirroring our feelings and offering us the opportunity to increase our self-awareness and connection to ourselves. Where are the sessions Indoor therapy sessions are currently held in a room in Redruth Wellbeing Centre which is easy to access. Outdoor therapy is either in woodland eg Tehidy Park, Kennel Vale, Pendarves, or walking the coastline near Redruth and Camborne. You may well have a favourite place in nature where you feel safe and so I am open to suggestions within an 8 mile radius of Redruth. I can also offer online sessions and telephone sessions. Availability I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I also have capacity for working on weekends and evenings that may suit your lifestyle better. Fees I offer short and long term counselling. Individual - £35 per counselling hour Student/Low income - £25 per counselling hour. I have 3 spaces that I keep available for concessions. If you are a student or are on a low income please do ask if these are available. If they are not available you may be able to be put on the waiting list. With me you can safely explore the emotional happenings in your life. Here you will feel free to learn to be the real you and speak your truth more and more...This can be transformative and empowering work. So the question is, are you ready?
I feel incredibly honoured to hold space for those who are curious about their emotional process and who takes the steps to becoming their real authentic self. It can be a challenging journey of self discovery and one which takes courage and determination.
