Excellent repair, and the engineer kept intact my sticker skin which was on the Mac. Repaired it the morning the replacement part arrived from Apple.I have a suggestion to improve service... when I dropped off the Mac, it was looked at and I was told it would be repaired within 24 hours. However it actually turned out to be three days because they needed to order a part from Apple. Would have been good to have made that assessment initially and given me a more realistic repair estimate

I can provide remote support where physical intervention is not required. Unfortunately many repair situations will require physical access. If the PC / laptop is accessible and can connect to the internet, and the issue doesn't specifically require or interrupts internet access, I should be able to remotely support.
With members of the business needing to shield, the Business will follow all government safety guidelines, and where possible, would prefer to support you remotely.
If physical repairs are required, I can take possession of the device, repair it remotely, and return it once repaired.
Otherwise, I will attempt repairs on-site, outside the premises, in a safe, accessible location.
I will always wear required PPE including gloves, and face-mask.
