Facilitating and being part of the journey of real positive change in individuals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years coaching internally I simply wanted to bring coaching to a wider group of people!

Most of my coaching is virtual, but I provide services both face to face and remote.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since the majority of my services are virtual this has not been a challenge for the business.

I specialize in Life, Career, Executive, and Performance Coaching.
This can be delivered inhouse for companies, or virtually in coaching sessions with individuals. Clients can choose from:

Review of all communication points with your target audience (CV, Internal Profile, LinkedIn, Networking Strategy);
Working with outstanding personal branding photographer;
Personal style and impact (what do we communicate to others with what we wear, language we use, and style we choose);
Body language for confidence.
Leadership Workshops
Workshop for leadership groups either face to face or virtual. Tailored to the leadership group, including fact find, programme fitted to needs and in depth reports on observations and recommendations for company leadership or Board.
