Christies Care were very well organised regarding gathering information about the client's needs and they were also able to match the carer with the client in a way that helped the client, carer and carer's family.
The line of communication was always open, in case of any problems, and the manager responded quickly, efficiently and with a genuinely caring attitude.
I would not hesitate to recommend Christies care to family and friends and to anyone who needed care for their loved ones.
I believe that the strength of any business lies in its organisation and management and in particular in the people involved. Christies Care have strengths in all these areas.

We have had an excellent quality of care from Christie's Homecare. They have been providing additional care, to support my elderly, disabled mum, since early January 2021 and in that time they have been efficient, reliable and supportive to us as a family.
I have found the manager to be approachable and genuinely caring and helpful in every respect. Also the main carer has quickly built a rapport with my mum and with the full time live in carer. The result is that my mum's home has a positive and supportive atmosphere and there is a good working relationship based around teamwork.
I am so pleased that we found Christie's Homecare and would not hesitate to recommend them to other clients.

What do you love most about your job?
We love that we are able to help families with safe and person-centred care they need for their loved one. we are able to assist them with personal care, medication administration, dementia care, respite care, continence wear care, emergency care, sleeping nights, waking nights. We have solutions to all care needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion and compassion for health and social care inspired to start this business. I went back to college to get qualification in care.

We provide high quality, person centered care, safely delivered to the elderley and vulnerable people. Our services can be provided online. We now able conduct meetings virtually and discuss care plan and risk assessments virtually to provide person-centered care.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do risk assesments virtually. We follow government PPE guidelines to provide care. Our carers are given Infection control training and Covid 19 training. We weekly regularly do covid tests on our carers. Most of our carers have got their vaccinations.

Our home visit care service can provide flexible, tailored care just as you want it, as little or as often as required, to help support you. We offer carers who speak a range of other language; including Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Gujrati, Bengali, Spanish, Turkish.
