Got the cheese bomb burger and a chicken and chorizo toastie. Fantastic prices for what you get, the fries seasoning is absolutely unreal, a combination of what tastes like cinnamon sugar and smoked paprika on THICK cut fries. So good. Honestly blown away by everything the staff, service, food, atmosphere everything is just perfection. Food is fantastic. Great quality and a decent price. The staff do everything they can to make you feel welcome and they go out of their way to accommodate requests. Cocktails are phenomenal and their events are always lots of fun! Its became our favourite place for breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes and golden syrup is lush! I went to this restaurant today got thrown out and swore at by a staff member so I'll explain i ordered a hunter burger and I had been there before so they should know how I have it and I said I wanted the same as last time being no salad or seasoning on my chips so it arrived at the table with seasoning on the fries and salad too so I asked if they could remake the chips and take the salad off and the staff member informed me I could have new fries but I would have to pay for it which I didn't agree with when it was there mistake and I said to her I'll pay for the drinks but not the meal and she threatened to call the police so I told her to do it she then called another staff member up( her son ) and he was rude and swore at me and told us to leave and we was banned from returning I would say they are rude and need to work on there customer services skills with customers as the customer is always right and I would never go back and wouldn't recommend them as I don't appreciate being sworn at Update they are lying as I had my partner with me as a witness I never was aggressive to them it was them to me swearing and after this slander about my character I'm going to report them to health and safety and the trading standards and food standards agency as well they really are disgraceful and rude. They swore at me the customer and told lies all because I told the truth and I can't be lying when there loads of reviews that are negative about the way they are with customers so we are can't be wrong can we???
