I have just had my birthday pamper treat from my boyfriend, a massage, from the Secret Day Spa and I couldn’t be happier or more relaxed from my experience. My masseuse was fantastic, the ambience of my treatment room was so beautiful and tranquil and the relaxation room, plus the care and client aftercare, was second to none! I had a very relaxing full body distress massage with Antonia, and a profional manicure,pedcure and shellac with jelena ,friendly staff I really enjoy it and I’ll deffinetly come back. I highly recommend it ♥️

Haven't actually gone to the spa. This review is for the online ordering portion of their website.  I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to order 4 skincare items. ..there were various site related problems. Each and every time I would message on Facebook or email and get a quick response back. Eventually ended with them offering to bill me via PayPal and send me the 4 requested items since the site wouldn't work.  I am very impressed with their level of customer service and will be a repeat customer. And recommend to friends!  Someday, if I'm ever in England, maybe I'll pop in and get to review the spa! More...

I love The Secret Day Spa. The treatments are all fantastic and the customer service is second to none. All the girls are really lovely and the atmosphere is professional and relaxed. I have been getting my shellac applied in another place for the last 3 years but as I couldn't get an appointment I thought I would try The Secret Day Spa . My therapist was called Sarah. I can honestly say that I have never had shellac applied as neat and professionally .the beautiful surroundings make the treatment more of an experience . I will never go anywhere else but here. Booked via internet as I was visiting Belfast . Located in east Belfast but once you get changed into bath robe and slippers you could be anywhere ! Rooms are very tastefully decorated . This is a lovely salon, nice decor and atmosphere from arrival. The staff were helpful enough to take me for a treatment even though I wasn't booked in. I will definiately return to this salon, as they have a great selection of treatments all at reasonable prices. They have half day and full day rituals including lunch. I had a 1/2 day spa here last week and it was truly lovely. A very professional place to visit where nothing is too much trouble. The changing room, relaxation room, treatment room and the main salon are all spotlessly clean. My treatments consisted of a lovely relaxing full body massage, facial, then I had a break for lunch! Then my afternoon continued with a wonderful pedicure and an expertly done manicure. I have had my nails painted for nearly a week now and despite using a keyboard, they are only just starting to show signs of wear. I will have to take my polish off soon though as my nails grow so fast, what a shame! If I was a local instead of a visitor, I would be using this spa much more often. Died and gone to heaven! My friends and family know if they give me a gift voucher to The Secret Day Spa I'm delighted. They have a vast range of treatments and I'm happy to say I've tried more than a few. My favourite is Shellac pedicure, with a luxurious foot spa and scrub. The girls always provide great service, offer a cuppa tea and either chat away with you or let you silently enjoy serenity of being pampered.
