What a fantastic service left my phone in taxi last week for driver to bring it back, then got a taxi tonight with a Bryan tonight and make a happy journey for our 5 year old with all his jokes and our Emily won a £1 would not use anyone else

Peter was a very happy chatty man interested in knowing if we had a good night. Not one of these num nuts that don’t talk and Are not interested in chatting. He was very friendly and actually interested in what we had to talk about. I would highly recommend him and streamline if there all like him. My mum booked Streamline taxis yesterday to take her back to Ayr from Glasgow. Lisa, her driver was lovely and friendly and made my anxious mums journey home very relaxing. Fantastic service. Used for a wedding, 60 people moved about town with next to no warning and even on Friday night after midnight had to wait no more than 5 minutes. Used over a 24 hour period on mad Friday busiest one for parties. Great drivers and spoke to the controller in the office prior to the event and 5 star service all round. Used this company to take me and my kids to Prestwick Airport. First booking arranged for a 5am pickup. So impressed with the service and reasonable price (£24), I booked the return with them too, which was cheaper. On both occasions I received text message confirming the booking and when the taxi was waiting. Not all heroes wear capes! This morning I got into my car and realised I'd left my lights on, dead battery, nightmare! Tried to bump it but it was totally done, so I pulled it to the side of the road and called a taxi, as I got into the car I was speaking to my insurance company on the phone so the driver George got the whole story, because I had attempted to bump start the car it was no longer at my home address so it was going to cost me a maximum of £80 quid to get someone out to see to it! George offered to fix it for me! We swapped numbers and I gave him my car keys, this man who I had never seen before in my life, bought me a battery, fitted said battery and while he was at it he filled up my oil! He then dropped my keys off with my other half so when I got home from work tonight it was totally fixed up and running! This man is amazing! Who even does things like this these days! This is my taxi service of choice - they're a very efficient firm and one of, if not the best, in Bristol.  They automatically remember your number if you've used them before, so when you ring them up again they'll know your name.  This can be a little bit scary, but shows their level of efficiency and I have no problem with them doing so. They've been operating in the city since 1937, so clearly know it well.  They promise a taxi within 10 minutes of your call, unless at very busy periods, in which case they'll tell you the soonest they can get there.  The drivers have always been friendly in an honest way - you can often get those who force conversation in order to to receive a tip, but their drivers don't generally try to do so. All in all a very good firm, and I can recommend the safety and efficiency of their drivers. More...

Well, simply, whenever you book a taxi through Streamline Taxi, the friendliest cabbies in Bristol, they'll save your name and phone number to greet you for the next time. And it's likely that there will be a next time once you start using Streamline. They're always on time, call you the minute they're outside wherever they're picking you up (great for not waiting in the cold outside the pub) and will take you the quickest possible route. But my favourite thing about them is how personable all of their drivers are. I had the same driver take me and pick me up from a birthday party, and he remembered what I'd bought them, how old they were and who was going. "Did they like the photo album?"
