Welcome...I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can explore any issues you may be experiencing. All that is required is a willingness to take a closer look at yourself and you will be heard with empathy and supported on your counselling journey.

Sometimes, life feels very difficult. We can experience issues that feel sad, overwhelming and hard to cope with. Sometimes we may feel we are repeating certain behaviours that feel destructive or there may be times when we need to understand ourselves a little better to be able to move to a "place" that feels happier and contented. Counselling can help.

Being truly heard can offer people the opportunity to explore themselves and whatever may be going on in life in order to effect change or acceptance.

I am an integrative counsellor (rooted in the person centred approach) and drawing on other models when needed...after all, each client is unique and one size doesn't fit all. Each and every client is treated with respect and empathy.

I am a member of BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.
