What didn't we do with Tom! I have to say that we can be a rowdy bunch (5 of us) and Tom was by far the best part of our day. We sent him a list of items that we wanted to do over 2 days. He customized our tour so we could see everything we wanted and even gave us suggestions on things we might like. My husband and I even booked him for a 3rd day as transport to St. Andrew's. Paul was our driver for the drop off and he was amazing as well. Very knowledable about Scottish history and couldn't say enough good things about Tom. The prompt service is just a small part that makes this company great. I've emailed Tom so much that I even started timing how long it took him to respond. I swear the man doesn't sleep because in the middle of the night it still only took him 2 minutes to get back to me. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Book them and book them now. You won't be disappointed!! More...
