Simon is a lovely guy to work with. I found my sessions with him motivating. After a back injury, it was important for me to restart my fitness journey. We concentrated on strength training to get me back on track. Challenging and fun. I really wanted to have personal sessions that meant that I didnt have to join the gym and pay a membership fee as well So Simon was very attentive in finding a Gym that catered to my needs. The sessions were reasonably priced and never got boring. Although it was challenging I was never made to do anything that didnt feel right for me. You always got your full hour and sometimes over. Easy to get into contact with, and very friendly. I felt a lot stronger and more motivated after each session. It was a great start to getting back into fitness again. More...

I started Simon's Kettlercise kettlebell class as I was looking for a fun way to strengthen my muscles alongside my existing cardio exercise and this is it. The hand-held kettlebell weights are very easy to use.I've belonged to gyms before but lifting weights and using machines just doesn't appeal to me anymore.I had read the updated NHS guidelines that now include strength exercises twice a week. Simon's classes are well-organised and run to time, the music is great and the routine changes every 8 weeks to work different areas in different ways. Simon is encouraging, knowledgeable and explains then demonstrates the moves really well, we are all seeing improvements in our strength, fitness, shape, tone and confidence. More...
