How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
The food you eat controls both your body and your mind. If you adopt the right dietary and lifestyle habits, you'll live the healthiest and happiest life possible. It is all about balance and adopting the right habits that help to will move you closer to reaching your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people achieve their goals, whether it's to get stronger, lose body fat or feel amazing every day. Nothing feels better than when a client reaches their goal because of your help!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease when I was 15 and really struggled at the time, with the negative impact it had on my body. After undergoing various tests and finding out the extent of the damage to my small intestine, I changed my diet immediately, eliminating gluten containing foods. I quickly realised the power of food and how much it effects both the body and the mind. Since then I've always wanted to help others, like me, feel the healthiest they can through evidence-based nutrition advice.

20 Minute Discovery Call
A free 20 minute discovery call so that we can get to know each other. We will briefly discuss your individual requirements, any health issues you may have and I can assess whether I am the right nutritionist for you.
We will then book you in for your initial 60 minute consultation which can be online (using Skype or Face Time) or face to face. I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and depending on your requirements, a three day food diary prior to your initial consultation. This will give me an insight into your current lifestyle and eating habits.
60 Minute Consultation
The initial 60 minute consultation will involve an in-depth discussion and analysis of your health questionnaire. I will ask a number of questions and we will have a general chat so that I can get a detailed insight into your requirements and your goals.
I will write up your notes and provide you with a summary of your consultation and key nutritional priorities to support your requirements and goals.
