I first came to this clinic in July 2019 nervous about getting laser done on my beard and spoke to Billy who is the manager she is polite and helpful went through all the options of laser hair removal packages she answered all my questions. I had my first consultation with Roohi who explained to me the process of the laser and made it more clear of the easy process and explained the first time it will feel more pain but after couple of treatments the skin will feel less pain. I had couple of weeks break then came to London premier laser Notting hill had my first laser treatment with a lady name Amina who explained my laser and how to take care of the skin afterwards which is important as this was my first time, I did have a few concerns which she explained professionally and I was comfortable. All the staff at laser premier laser Notting hill are easy to speak to and if you have any queries or concerns they do explain in detail to make the process easy going forward and Billy who is the manager made sure I was happy with my laser on the beard thank you. I was recommended to the Premier Laser Clinic by a a beauty salon as I wasn’t getting on with waxing. I’ve nearly completely my package (6 sessions) and barely got any hair left, it’s also got rid of scaring from ingrowing hairs. It can be painful depending on the area however, it’s bearable pain and nothing like waxing. It’s also over in a couple of minutes! The Clapham branch is great !! I’m so glad that I have found this laser surgery. The reception staff are really helpful and friendly. Anna (who does my laser treatment) is so lovely, and has made me feel comfortable with all my concerns and worries around having laser treatment for my PCOS. Being that I am of dark skin, I was concerned about the laser treatment but Anna also explained all the information behind this. I would definitely recommend this !
