Pioneering Edge provides you with health, life and business coaching. We provide a variety of different services that enable individuals to identify, own and change aspects of their lives that are not serving them. Our client base is from all walks of life and we have over 1000 people that we have assisted in getting their lives on track whether that is surrounding career changes, to adolescents who have been in secure mental health facilities.

What do you love most about your job?
Creating the opportunity for people to realise their potential, whether that is happiness in life path, health so that they can achieve increased life performance, knowledge so that individuals can own their identity and change it when they want and finally to create wealth whether that is financial, career, business, or self resulting in your life purpose.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had spent over 23 years being guided by others, the turning point was that when ideas are not listened to the only way to move around what holds you back is to do it yourself, gather new knowledge everyday and be in a position to empathise with others and create life value. So rather than wait for something to happen, I decided to do it myself and while it can be a rollercoaster it also is one of the most rewarding aspects of life.
Why should our clients choose you?
This is quite an awkward question for me as one of my biggest misgivings is the inability to say how good i am at coaching. It is for you to decide as there are many fantastic coaches in the world, however what I would say is that you are always the most important when you work with me. I could shout from the roof tops about excellence and professionalism but I am sure you would expect this as a given response. Therefore, if given the opportunity I would love to work with you.

I can provide services online and remotely by using all mediums of communication as required. Zoom, Phone, Google, Teams and Skype.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
On meeting we discuss individual requirements if it is face to face or activity and experiential at the retreat location if individuals decide to work away from their normal environment over a few days.

Developing awareness surrounding neuroscience and neurofeedback using a variety of tools and digital feedback systems where appropriate to enhance self awareness to increase development of self awareness and life long robustness.

Taking ownership of self to increase the understanding of energy and to integrate the art of possibility and potentiality on increasing health and vitality through training the body utilising a variety of digital systems and feedback.

Increasing the potential of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual performance by identifying the blockages to performance and how this approach can increase your potential.

Providing specialist knowledge and coaching to develop your goals with you and solutions where applicable in achieving them. Our emphasis is it is your journey we are there as a guide and provide reflective thought, feedback and at when necessary or requested facilitate ideas for career and business enhancement. This may include innovation, business planning, transitioning, communication, mediation. As business and career are multidimensional we use at times a network of assistance to provide the best results based on your lead.
