I came to Mason at a very dark point in my life last year after experiencing a bereavment which had left me feeling completely lost and hopeless. In the counselling space with Mason I found a safe place to share my pain, to explore deep seated issues that had resurfaced through the loss and most importantly I found a safe place within my own head again. Mason's approach was always one of kindess, genuine empathy and acceptance, and thoughtful insight. I felt safe to work through my grief and have now come to a place of peace. The word that most comes to mind when I think of what I gained from my time with Mason is 'Empowerment'.
