How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
While a healthy diet definitely plays a big role in overall health and wellbeing, movement and mental wellbeing contribute to the full picture as well. These playing factors influence each other undeniably.
What do you love most about your job?
I love, love, love being able to uplift others and witness their journey of success. It just makes me happy to see people claim the life they want to live.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I studied a course called “nutrition and fitness in prevention” and it was laid out to expand the prevention sector. That means, taking care of health in a sustainable approach. As my education is quite unique, and the prevention sector is still small, it only made sense to start my own business. We were also prepared to do so in uni, so it basically was laid out to me anyway. :)
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I feel you. I know exactly what it feels like to stand in front of a wall and not know how to break through it. I myself struggled with major chronic health issues and was able to move past them by understanding the interconnectedness of mind and body. I do this with my heart, I genuinely want to help.

Absolutely! We can either meet in person (in London) or we do remote sessions via video call. It has to feel good for you. :)
