What do you love most about your job?
I am very pleased to be able to help people in both planned and emergency situations. With a wide range of experience I can apply knowhow to a wide range of businesses. I love the variety and the challenge that this brings.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I needed to step out of Corporate life due to family circumstances with an elderly parent and my Father ran his own building business which I admired and wanted to be able to do likewise at some stage in my life. The situation presented an ideal opportunity.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am honest, aware of my limitations so will not mislead and I have a real desire to serve clients well and have them be delighted with my contribution. I love working with people and can always relate well. I have a track record of success.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been working from home as normal to minimise contacts with people.

Drafting of Business Plans for small to medium businesses. Have done plans for cafes and for developing new inventions and participated in plans for much larger businesses.
Financial Planning and Modelling
Use of spreadsheets to forecast financials of businesses over several years. To optimise plans with "what if?" trials for various strategies and threats. Applicable to most business types.
Mentoring & Coaching
Having run large departments in engineering contracting sector have broad experience in supporting people in running their businesses. Can be flexibly available according to a business need. Experienced in selecting and hiring staff in commercial, public and charity sectors - this is a key aspect of a successful business.
Health & Safety Plans and Advice
Have developed H&S plans for industry and for private buiolding projects. Aware of range of legislation and experienced in dealing with HSE. Have done this is the marine environment, healthcare and builing works.
