So I have only been working with James @ The Fitness Project for a few weeks. I contacted him for nutrition and diet advice as I was keen to loose some body fat. James was quick to put a plan together and was able to complete this over the phone due to my work commitments and it being difficult to find time for a face to face meeting. I have seen a huge change already in the few weeks that I have been following his plan and I am excited to see the results in a month or two. James is always quick to respond to any questions I have regarding my diet, which is always very helpful when you find it hard to stick to a strict diet like I do! I was lucky enough to meet James from the fit project during an early morning weight training session when I happened to mention the back pain I have suffered with for years. James was kind enough to take the time to show me a series a stretches which have quite literally changed my life and that I now do on a regular basis. The guys at The Fit Project are absolutely fantastic and design a package for exactly what type of goals you would like to achieve. I already had another PT who did a brilliant job for my weight loss goals but I felt it was time to mix things up so I got in contact with James at The Fit Project and he has designed a programme to get me to my next set of goals and I can't be more happy. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client is different. We will always sit down and have a chat with any potential clients before offering them one of our packages.
We will then offer you what package we think could help them.
We use a phone app to allow our clients 24 hour support and all the tools they need to reach their goals

Consistency is key! We regardless if we’re working with you once per week or 5 times per week we will still keep in touch with you to keep motivation high.
