I almost don’t want to write this review, as then more people will know about this hidden gem in Belfast city centre, and It’ll be difficult to get an appointment! Been going to Holistic Therapies for around a year now and 5 stars just aren’t enough to do Ryan justice! It’s a lovely calming and relaxing environment and Ryan is amazing at what he does, very professional and attentive. I had been experiencing neck and shoulder pain due to my desk job which is now being kept at bay thanks to a monthly appointment. Ryan takes the time at the start of each appointment to check if any issues, and what pressure you would be happy with, and also takes some time at the end to ask how it was, and discuss anything he may have found. Really excellent experience with Ryan. Fell of bike and landed on head and into hospital - resulting in very stiff neck muscles but nothing worse. I have been suffering from chronic back pain for a number of years and being seated at a desk for many hours certainly does not help. That is where Ryan comes in.. I experienced a gentle but very effective treatment and it is clear that he has a client-first and not money-first approach. 5 Star treatment from a 5 Star therapistI had been suffering from severe back pain for a few weeks and after visiting my GP on multiple occassions, and not gaining any benifits from the pain medication prescribed I contacted Ryan who was able to offer me an appointment at short notice. From the minute I entered to the moment I left I knew I was in good hands. Ryan has such a calming presence and further puts you at ease with his extensive knowledge of how the body works and how to care for it.He sought about investigating the possible causes of my back pain so that he could recommend an appropriate treatment. Once we had discovered the root cause Ryan set about doing what he does best. The treatment that he provided left me feeling alot less rigid than when I had walked in. I had more freedom of movement and less pain by the time I was leaving.He followed up to check on my condition the next day and offered his advice on some stretches and exercises that I could perform at home to further alleviate the pain and help in my recovery.I have booked a follow up session with Ryan and i'm sure it will be the first of many.A truly top class service from a leader in his industry.Thanks again RyanDeclan More...
