Brilliant service 5 star we came a few weeks ago. Freddie got on really well and it was his first groom As he’s only a puppy I felt reassured and Steph was really lovely and friendly and didn’t do anything frieddie wasn’t comfortable with great groomer highly recommend very caring. We’ll be back soon :)

Huge thank you to @thegroomarmada for taking care of my old boy It’s so hard to find a groomer for Trigger who is gentle and takes their time! He’s had a couple of bad experiences and has always come out panting and stressed. It’s such a relief to come back and still see his tail wagging and feels happy around Stephanie ✨ Being nearly 15, you can imagine all the lumps and bumps he has and Stephanie took her time speaking with me beforehand to make sure that I was happy with everything. Trigger went from having a dark scruffy coat (which was starting to moult badly)! To a complete different shade and looking like a puppy again She gave him a lovely bath and used a 3fc blade on his body, scissored his legs and used thinners to blend the head and top of tail into the shaved body. She also took care of his nails and pads. He smells amazing By far the best groomer around! Would highly recommend to everyone around Petts Wood/ Chislehurst/ Orpington and Bromley area ! Stephanie is absolutely brilliant and falls within the ‘must have’ category when it comes to your beloved puppy. We were first time dog owners and we picked a large breed - half giant schnauzer half poodle (schnoodle) who are both very stubborn and intelligent breeds and without the right training from an early age, can be hard to train and earn their respect. Fortunately, we had no issue and this was largely down to Stephanie. Stephanie by no means is just a groomer! She’s an animal lover who will give both your dog and your family time, care, guidance on training your puppy and patience. When she met our Louie, who due to the nature of his breed can be known to push the boundaries, she commanded his respect immediately - he knew who was boss. And aside from training your puppy, for us as first time dog owners, Stephanie helped us out massively. She teaches you how to handle your dog and tips for training at home. Louie used to hate being brushed and groomed but he now loves being brushed and groomed both at home and on his regular visits to Stephanie at Groom Armada. Also for those who are not first time dog owners, we have lots of friends who have had dogs for years and we have shared what we have learnt from Stephanie with them with regards to training and grooming and they too are adapting these ways with their dogs. Highly recommended! Steph is so calm and confident with the dogs, my saluki x greyhound has never been groomed before and can be really nervous of new people. Steph was so accommodating and took her time so that Penny was calm and comfortable, Penny was even falling asleep by the end of her pampering session! We had a wonderful experience! Stephanie is exceptionally professional, friendly and excellent at her job. My dog is a nervous thing and can sometimes be badly behaved. What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting different dogs with great characteristics.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to give a different approach in dog grooming with is about the animal welfare.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take my time with every dog and doing one to one sessions. If some dogs need their parents i will allow it.
