I contacted Natasha after promising my kids that I would get some professional help with my anger issues. I thought it would be a waste of time but Natasha sensed I was cynical and recommended her 'walk & talk' sessions which I've been doing for over 3 months now. It doesn't feel like therapy, it's like a walk on the beach with a mate, she just listens to me and then together we try to understand why I've got angry about a certain situation and find solutions to stop it happening. Sessions take place outdoors walking and talking side by side usually on a designated route at a comfortable pace.

I prefer woodland areas such as Clowes Wood near Blean or Thornden Wood. Both places are easily accessible and parking is available all year round.
