I am so pleased I found George, they are a great PT and a lovely person. Every session is planned to perfection in my eyes, learning new things every week with good structure to my planned workouts. Always fun and laughter to be had with George but they also push you to your best abilities. Their faith in me is strong enough to push me through a circuit even when I get moody with myself lol. In just 6 weeks I have seen a massive difference in the way I feel and look so thank you George for all your help and knowledge! Here’s to the new me, roll on the next chapter. More...

I have been training with George for nearly 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with their holistic approach to support my health and well-being. I came to PT primary to lose weight and improve my physical fitness, but with George you get a whole lot more than that.

The training sessions themselves are great. I can honestly say in all this time I've never had a session I haven't enjoyed and I've not once felt bored or had my interest wain at all. I find the pattern of having 4 different sessions we do on rotation really keeps me interested and motivated. We do each of these 3 times and then start a new set of 4. This just isn't something I'd do myself in the the gym. Each block develops on the last and George takes into account my injuries, weaknesses, strengths, goals and overall health and wellbeing in their planning for my sessions.

Within the sessions we talk about my wider health and well-being journey in any way that's helpful to me. Also, within and between sessions, George gives me lots of support around food and healthly eating, without any judgement or lecturing. They ask sensitive questions and are helping me to challenge unhealthy/unhelpful eating patterns at a pace I can manage, without cutting out any foods I like.

George reads my mood and physical and mental state (I have multiple complex mental and physical health problems) really well and gives me what I need based on that. Each sessions is tailored if needed due to my presentation on any given day. George is also highly intuitive and often knows why I'm feeling like I do before I do. This is no accident. It is because they take so much interest in their clients lives.

As I say, George's whole approach is really holistic. The sessions are great, but they're not in isolation, they're part of a whole package that helps me in all areas of my life. The supportive messages between sessions and the genuine interest in my life makes the relationship really productive and about so much more than just losing weight and gaining physical fitness. We talk about lots of different things. I come to sessions knowing I can talk about whatever I want/need on any given day, or talk about nothing if that's how I feel that day.

On top of all this, George also gives you an open and honest insight into their own health and well-being journey. This helps to inspire me, keep me motivated and to believe I can reach and maintain my goals.

I have been doing George's online program for a few weeks now, I find it really simple to use, I just log what I eat and drink in a day using My Fitness Pal and it hooks up to the app, I can do the exercises that they program for me based on our weekly checkins, in my own time and around my work/family schedule, and I am already starting to see results, drink more water and generally feel good in myself (and my clothes ☺ 🌟 🌟 Highly recommended 🌟 🌟

I've been training with George for nearly 6 months now and have learnt more about my body and my health in that time, than I have in my life. I leave every session having learnt something new, feeling refreshed and much happier. I never realised how much fitness impacts your mental health until I began these sessions and I can honestly say I have never felt better. George puts so much thought and detail into each session, and genuinely cares about your progression, keeping it real throughout. If you're considering getting a PT, speak to George. By making workouts that are fun and engaging. By giving them support and encouragement rather than making them feel bad about themselves. By showing them that they can achieve more than what they thought.

The body of your dreams is the body you have when you are the most happiest.
Consistency is very important though and it usually takes a lot longer than what people think.

Helping people release happy hormones through exercise brings me so much joy! I love how somone can feel so tired amd sluggish before a workout and then feel amazing and energised afterwards!

I struggled with my own health for years. I was unhappily overweight, anxious and depressed. I was a big drinker and comfort eater.
I hired a personal trainer 10 years ago and it changed my life. Now I love being that person for others.
