Gannon Developments Ltd are a Building and Architectural Company in North East England based in Saltburn-by-the-sea. We work in both the commercial and residential sectors for homeowners, self-builders and commercial projects of all kinds.

For residential properties we complete extensions, loft conversions, renovations, garage conversions and HMO properties. For commercial projects we complete offices, schools, hospitals, retail, leisure, industrial and warehousing projects.

We specialise in ‘turn key’ solutions to complex projects and will become your one stop shop for the entire process - this involves design, engineering, costing, build and full project management throughout the process. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, caring and high-quality service and always meet our customers’ needs. We have a strong ‘right first time’ ethos and always aim for zero defects, adding value at every stage of the process.

To further assure our customers; We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and are CHAS Certified as well as being ISO registered. We are also Trustmark Registered and Local Authority Trading Standards Approved.**

We offer a full range of building services, from roughly £20,000 to £5Million projects, including New build Residential & Commercial, renovations, extensions, conversions and refurbishments.
