I have just had security cameras installed by this company. The overall experience was outstanding. From my first contact with them I was treated exceptionally well. Everything was explained in great detail and I was informed when the engineer would be arriving at my property. Nathan the engineer who installed my cameras was highly experienced in his line of work and nothing was a bother to him. He even spoke to my broadband provider to get a problem solved. I had an issue with my alarm whereby it would spontaneously alarm every 5-10 mins, which was very distressing for both myself and my neighbours. I contacted the company who fitted the alarm and they told me how to disable it, but couldn’t send anyone to look at the alarm for over a week. I contacted FuseSystems, and they sent an engineer named Nathan over 48hrs later. He was very friendly and professional, and fixed the problem for me quickly. Arranged a complete overhaul of our alarm system with Fuse Systems. After an initial visit and assessment we arranged for the work to be done. Nathan arrived bang on time and got straight to work with the minimum of fuss. Installation was done very quickly and Nathan ran through the settings with me to ensure everything was working fully.
