I would give 0 if I could. Avoid at all cost Scammers Not professional at all Ordered 5.5 tonne and recieved looting van for £1000 Then they tried to scam another £1000 for another looting van but agreed on £500 and they promised my move will be done. It wasn't, you can't fit a 3 bedroom house in 2 looting vans, very silly cavemen. Had to hire another sprinter. Anyways a couple weeks on and I've recieved an in voice for over £1100. Genuine review here. We were moving nearly 200 miles so there was no way to nip back and pick something up if our removal van wasn't big enough. A member of the team came to our home to assess what size van we needed - he got it exactly right and everything fitted in. Three removal men turned up 45 minutes early on the day - it was a difficult job with lots of stairs but they worked hard and very fast so everything went smoothly. Do not use this removal company, we had the most stressful and unprofessional experience with our recent move. Considering we had someone from the office do a survey of our flat and belongings, they sent the wrong size van and not enough people for the job. The removal men were rude, unprofessional, asking inappropriate questions to me as a woman managing the move alone while my partner was at the new address. They would not stop complaining from start to finish that boxes were heavy and the amount of furniture there was and threatening that it would cost more money if they needed a second van. At the new address my partner was pressured into paying for the full service even though the job was not finished and the removers were holding our things to ransom until the money was paid. They continued to complain about heavy boxes unloading, they put our bed together in the most awful way and it is now damaged beyond repair, they also did not put our sofa back together properly. They damaged walls when removing the sofa and we have not received a response regarding the claim for this despite numerous chases. All in all a terrible experience in an already stressful situation whereby we, the paying customer, were made to feel like we were in the wrong from start to finish. Customer service is appalling, absolutely unprofessional company … sent me the invoice with total amount and then they want to charge me ulez tax and parking ticket fine ( if any ) and they don’t go with what they agreed in the first place regarding the whole removal process. would not recommend! used the for a house move a month ago, two guys turned up in Luton and which looked like it was falling apart , within 5 mins they wanted more money than the quote we got, was told they wouldn't take sofas if didn't pay the extra 50 pound, then they only took 60 percent of house. absolutely joke. one of the guys was dressed up smart and asked for more money because of a dog hair on his coat. .maybe don't do removals if you where smart clothes and shoes, also before starting one guy used our outside Bush a a toilet. all in all bloody disgraceful.
