I wish I could give negative stars. We are moving into a house that needed a thorough clean so opted for their most expensive cleaning which was the “end of tenancy” clean. Disappointment is an understatement, they did basic sweeping(no mopping even), dusting and wiping. Not a deep clean like they advertised and we will have to pay another company to clean it up. I’ve used fantastic services before for gardening so expected the same level of service but was left very underwhelmed with this. The worst service! I never leave bad reviews but there is a first time for everything!!! They will do anything to get a sale and get money off you and nothing to resolve a complaint! Total scam, scamming people off their hard earned money! Rejected the service because the quote was too high and was contacted several times by an agent in the end giving me more than 50% off! In the end the gardener only did 50% of the job and left the job in half! Worst customer service ever. Kept trying to upsell a £100 premium membership the whole while too! Oh, there is no way I can rate them 0 star. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY They are a fraud company. Saved my card details while doing service payments and then Deducted multiple transactions from my card without even asking me. Call in their customer complains section no one picks up, call in new sales section even in the middle of night you will get response. No one is taking ownership of the complaint. Sold me their annual membership but no bandwidth to look into the concerns. Seriously no reply to email, on call they say complain department will call you. It's been 2 weeks no one called. Interestingly I am getting so many promotional calls and the moment I talk about fraud transactions they hang up. Their removal guys even created so much of fuss about entire thing complaining about the things which were already agreed. They even made 2 big scratches in front of our eyes. And when we told them they said we didn't do that. Company even sold us insurance without taking our consent but when we asked for claim they said we need proof. Are we expected to install cameras in the entire house ? Poor, unprofessional and fraud. Beware!! Fantastic Services was booked for an end of tenancy cleaning at an insane cost 500 pounds. I thought I would get a carpet cleaning and grime and dirt removal. I am positive that a vacuum did not enter the flat. They are a scam! They offered me a complementary maintenance guy. I accepted it because it was free. Then I discover they charged me 200 pounds for this service. The sales person kept telling me the charge is just to make the booking and the money will be returned to your card....LIES!! I used this service quite a few times over the last year however the cleaners do not speak much English and two cleaners stole from my Grandmother on two separate occasions. The first one was investigated and they returned the stolen goods however for the second incident the company accepted no responsibility and advised us to report to police ourselves. I don’t think they vet their cleaners and they always arrive late. The cleaners dont use water. It is just light dusting. Don't use these guys! You will throw your money in the bin! Paid over £500 for after building clean where they state they will clean dust, debris and paint mark. Did a superficial clean only. They didn't clean skirting boards or door frames. They didn't have a ladder or step so no intention of cleaning the higher up areas. Areas completely missed that were in plain sight. They were paid specifically to do an oven clean service also, which they also failed to do adequately.DON'T waste your money on them..I felt like I threw my money in bin. I was only refunded £75 of the cost after 1 week of back and forth messaging. Initially they offered me £15 off a follow up clean! Showed them lots of pictures and told them I had videos. There excuse was they did the best they could regardless of what point I made and which photo I sent. Just saw top of oven and full of grease. Disgusting company; charging ridiculous fee for a service they did not provide. Fake advertisement; things listed in an after building clean failed to be done. The cleaners were also off site for a total of at least 50 mins so the £75 wasn't really much of a compensation. I didnt have the energy or time to argue for more but don't want anyone else to make the mistake of booking this clean. I have however written another complaint after seeing the top of the oven. The people who performed my clean were 'SG CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED'. First I did not want to name and shame but the more I cleaned myself, the more upset I got seeing all the dirt and grime they failed to clean. Very disappointed with the service. If you are new to them you can get a person on the phone. Once you are on their system your calls are diverted to an "automated system" that will contact you later. .. ended up using another phone to be able to get through to a person to sort my problem out. No respect with people's time. Lied about one of the cleaners being stuck in traffic then turned out to be off sick. The other cleaner turned up but didn't have any cleaning products. He got me in a call on his mobile with a supervisor but this supervisor wasn't directly from fantastic services. We booked and pre paid for the window cleaning service. Someone arrived this morning, took a look around the house and told me he would be back in 10 minutes once he’d found somewhere to park. We booked a move out cleaning and they changed the price by 210. So now they expect us to pay £650. This company is a scam. We were forced to pay the extortion due to our timeline. I had an appointment for gardening today at 3pm. It was raining off and on but instead of informing me much earlier, so that I wouldn’t have had to take up the rug, take down the curtains and move furniture for easy access to the garden. They texted me 15 minutes after my appointment time. They offered me £10 compensation which is laughable. I’m disabled and my son had to stay home to help me. Crap and underwhelming service Hustled into the service by the agent calling multiple times. Left underwhelmed by their method of “dry cleaning” upholstery which is merely an irritating “perfume” type spray and wipe with a cloth which I could of done myself. I still have dirty upholstery and have sent them pictures of these. I’ve had my stuff properly dry cleaned by other companies like Regency in Greenwich and they’ve actually manage to remove dirt. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to call them to get a refund and have my membership cancelled but it is rather impossible to get someone on the phone. Once they have your money you’ll meet an automated line. Instead the prefer to engage by email only. Despite asking them to refund my membership fee (was told by someone called Amy on a recorded line this will be no problem if I change my mind) I am still left out of pocket. Amy suggested I would receive 59 GBP rather than the membership fee of 89 GBP if I cancelled within two weeks. When I contacted customer services they initially said I would only receive 45 GBP back before I referred to the call with Amy. BTW, I still do not have this cash back. Further, I also asked for a partial refund due to the service being incomplete. I sent pictures to them where you can clearly see the “dry cleaning” has in fact not cleaned anything and there remains a dirty patch on my sofa which they acknowledge on email and my ottoman bed frame still maintains dirt that pre-existed post their effort. An offer was made for a partial refund of 80 GBP then they suggested it would be better if a technician re-attends. I suggested I did not want to use them again and would prefer a refund, which they suggest could now by c100 GBP but only if I amend/remove my factual negative post about my this adverse experience. Note at the time of writing no refund is forthcoming. To summarise: (1) I have not received cash back from a membership they said I could cancel on a recorded line (2) their ability to dry clean/clean is overstated and (3) they won’t refund you cash despite acknowledging issues if you tell the truth about their service. Terrible do not use. I used fantastic services for a one off clean and professional carpet clean and I had an awful experience. When I arrived to inspect the clean I found that the carpet clean hadn’t been done on the hallway despite me specifying that the hallway carpet needed to be cleaned. There was also thick dust around the skirting boards, the kitchen floor was dirty, the windows hadn’t been cleaned and there were visible cobwebs. When I complained with video evidence of all the dirt that was left I was given a whole range of excuses. Including that they ran out of time- which wasn’t true as they told me the cleaner left early. The flat was too big- the flat is a small unfurnished two bedroom flat and I chose the amount of time they recommended for a flat that size. They didn’t have the right detergents- we did provide these and I’m not sure what detergents you need to clean dust. The complaints process involved multiple messages and phone calls over a week. Was truly like talking to robots. I eventually got a pathetic £19 refund on the clean and £15 off the carpet clean, I really felt like I had been robbed out of the rest of my money. More...

I used this company for handyman work and cleaning services. I will be true and not biased here. Cleaning: It was really fast to book a regular cleaning service plan. I usually received a call within 30 mins when I wanted to make changes to the plan. It was also easy to reschedule the cleaning service. The price was relatively cheap compared to other cleaning service providers. However, every time there was a new cleaner for the weekly session which made me have to show them where the cleaning supplies were etc. Some cleaners cleaned my 2 bedroom flat for just a bit over 1 hour and the minimum hours were 2 hours. I was overall fine with the cleaning services provided by Fantastic service. Handyman work: I used the service for 3-4 times. I was happy with the kitchen extractor fan cleaning, fixing the toilet seat and the window cleaning service. Fantastic service did offer me a discount of 30 pounds which was great however the handyman service was actually overpriced, around 86 pounds. It is very expensive compared to the ones of the task rabbit. But I used the discount for both window cleaning jobs and kitchen extractor fan cleaning so It was fine. I paid 86 pounds for fixing the toilet seat. The way Fantastic Service handled my complaint: I used the handyman service again for the kitchen extractor fan however Fantastic service made a mistake to book an appointment (because they don't have tradespeople for this job). At the beginning I filed a complaint and I wasn't satisfied with the progress. So I left my reviews to reflect my experience. 2 hours later a senior customer service manager called me on the phone saying that it was their fault and he was willing to refund me for the full amount plus 25 pound credit. It took them 2 days to rectify this mistake. In conclusion, Fantastic service does read the reviews (including the complaints) and want to make things right for their customers.
