What’s your signature dish?
The most popular dishes I provide for a buffet are homemade lasagne and curry.
For a sit down meal nothing can beat my homemade steak pie.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask clients what their requirements are & try to tailor a menu to their needs & budget. I also like to make suggestions to clients based on experience so that they are completely happy with the menus they choose.
What do you love most about your job?
I love getting positive feedback from clients saying how much they enjoyed my excellent food & service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in a job for a number of years and I started doing catering for friends and family for family events. I got such positive feedback that I decided to work for myself & the rest is history. I have now been working for myself for over 5 years and my business is growing all the time.
