Kitchen Cleaning:
Emptied+ Cleaned and polished inside and outside of all kitchen cupboards and drawers
Emptied+ Cleaned internally and externally fridge (freezer only if defrosted)
Wiped down microwave from inside and outside
Cleaned inside and outside of washing machine, soap dispenser
Cleaned dishwasher from inside and out
Basic level. Cleaned and degreased inside of oven, polish outside chrome.
Clean and polish hob/ grill
Cleaned, degreased and polished extractor fan
Removed mould and grease from wall tiles, wash down and polish
Clean exterior of all kitchen appliances such as kettle, toaster, etc.
Washed down and polished all kitchen countertops
Removed lime scale and polish sink/ shine taps

Cleaned windows from the inside
wipe down window sills
window ledges
Wipe down all woodwork
(doors, door frames, skirting boards)
Wipe down radiators
Clean plugs, light switches
Spot clean walls
Dispose of all rubbish
Cleaned and polished rubbish bin from inside and outside
Vacuumed and steamed hard floors

Bathroom Cleaning:
Cleaned and polished bath, removed marks
Washed shower cabinet/ screen from inside and out/ de-scaleed and polished
Cleaned and disinfected toilet from inside and out, toilet seat
Cleaned and polished wall tiles
Washed and de-scaled basin/ shine taps
Washed down tiles and removed mould
Cleaned mirror
Wipe clean cupboards/shelving/ surfaces
Clean windows from inside, wipe down window sills/ window ledges
Wipe down door/ frames/ skirting boards
Wipe clean towel rail/radiator
Vacuumed and sanitised floors

Bedroom Cleaning:
Remove cobwebs
Clean coving, picture rail, cornice/ curtain rails/
Clean and polish mirrors, pictures
Spot clean walls
Clean plugs, sockets, light switches, lamp shades, light fittings
Clean fire surround and radiators/ behind radiators
Wipe down doors and on top of doors
Wiped down skirting boards
all wooden furniture carefully of dust
Washed windows internally, window sills, window ledges + marks removed
Clean inside, outside and on top of cupboards and wardrobes
Clean behind and under furniture (if furnished accommodation)
Move mattresses and vacuum under
Vacuum and mop (if relevant) floors

Livingroom/ Dining Area Cleaning:

Remove cobwebs
Cleaned coving, picture rail, cornice/ curtain rails
Cleaned and polished mirrors, pictures
Cleaned and polished windows internally, window sills, window ledges
Wiped down doors and clean on top of doors
Cleaned skirting boards and all wood works carefully of dust
Cleaned light switches, plugs, sockets, light fittings, lamp shades
Cleaned inside, behind and on top of cupboards and furnishings
Dusted and polished all surfaces

Please note that our End of Tenancy Cleaning does NOT include professional Carpet Cleaning or Profesional Oven cleaning not included.
Outside window cleaning is NOT included in this service.

Carefull deep clean using most thorough, most dust removing methods.

Duties deep clean as after tenancy cleaning, using profesional products to make things looking best they can. It takes more time, as is very thorough but its worth as can get better selling price
