We haven’t started yet but after speaking Bob in the phone his manner is very reassuring and we can’t wait to get started

From the very first phone call Bob was very approachable and amenable. He tutored my step daughter in preparation for her GCSE. She was initially weary of having a tutor but as soon as she took her first lesson she enjoyed her sessions and got stuck in. Her GCSE grade jumped up 2 grades from her mock result in January and as a result breezed into her first choice college place.
