I took the family here, I am used to the usual Pakistani/Indian restaurant food and wanted to try something different. The difference was interesting and our favourite was the Chicken Biriany. Presentation was also good. Shame the service was not as good, we had to ask for our drinks after the food had been served and you need drinks as some of the food it quite spicy, no tissues and hardly any cutlery on the table. I've been eating at Kerala Hub both as a dine-in and takeaway customer. This place has some of the best Indian food you'd ever find. Some dishes like chatti choru, thavala kalu fry, potti fry cannot be found at most other restaurants and these guys execute the recipes beautifully. Searching for places to eat in the local area and this place Kerala hub is popped up. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was absolutely exquisite. The potty fry may be the best fry I’ve ever had! Just annoyed I had to share it. The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that we got a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants. We will be making a reservation for our next visit in Kerala Hub. Being the one & only authentic Kerala restaurant in the area, it serves delicious food on a daily basis with top quality. Been to "Kerala Hub" for more than a couple times before leaving a review, just being naughty to see if the quality is constant, and they did not disappoint me . * We like Paal parota, kizhi parota, chattichoru and mango juice . * The above stuff has awesome taste and enough quantity for the price range it's great value pack. * Service is is quite supportive and staff member( young girl) having quite patience to get the order for a huge team. As we were 8 adults and 7 kids. I tried the BDF, but I couldn't say it tasted as authentic. Felt like they added tomato sauce to it. Very expensive in comparison to the Usthad Hotel Leicester. Despite the expense of petrol, I much rather like to travel to Leicester and enjoy wide variety better choices. After paying this money, I think we should be entitled to a decent toilet. In general, it won't offer the value for the money. They should aim for more foot fall to the restaurant by working on the price charged. I visited this place last week with my family. My husband ordered chatti chor and crab masala curry for him. I had beef biriyani and mango juice. There were sambar pulishery 1 chicken fry piece beef curry cabbage pugadh omelette (without even a pinch of salt)aviyal chatni and lemon pickle. To be honest the curries were okay. The pickle taste so homely.Biriyani was so tasty. Crab was very disappointing. Over masala and very oily ,we couldn't eat it.They severe pure mango juice as it is so thick and super tasty.
