Amberley came to my rescue! I bought an alarm from another company, who for some reason could not complete the installation. That other company were unhelpful to start and then ignored me. That’s when I contacted Amberley. They were so helpful and understanding and even though they’d not supplied the original alarm, came to my rescue and fixed what the previous company had been unwilling and unable to do! They were helpful, knowledgeable and provided some much needed advice that meant I can now forward plan the next steps with my home security and automation. We decided to have cameras fitted on our property. We did get other quotes but we were taken by the friendly approach of Amberly Security and professional assessment of our requirements. Scott and Lewis came out on time and did a very professional survey and the quote was back within 24 hours. The day of the installation they were delayed with another job but kept us in the picture of their expected eta. A nice touch. The fitting was very professional and the setting up on our tv was achieved with no problems and very little disruption. Lewis did have to return with a connecting cable but again arrived as promised and installed as he said he would. All the team made you feel comfortable. What a great company. I took a mortice lock to another company who could only quote £69 for a new lock. Dropped in on Amberley instead who took it to bits and got it working for no charge. Longer term they can make 2 new keys to fit the existing lock for only £26. Great service, I strongly recommend them. More...
