I have been through many Agencies and cleaners as a single mature gentleman needing help in quite a large house. Periodically, you think you have a decent agency, but for various reasons it changes. Cleaners come and go, and standards vary greatly.
I found Tidy & Shine over 2 years ago. From the first introduction I was hugely impressed. Very professional. Listened to my requirements and preferences. The first cleaner was the best I have ever had and for over one year, my house was cleaned to my very exacting standards on a weekly basis. Minimal supervision on my part. Very good relationship between Agency, cleaner and client. I was very happy. Then came lockdown and sadly after several months still cleaning, I lost my cleaner for personal reasons and due to covid, I was without a cleaner again.
Tidy & Shine kept in regular contact as a few months lapsed, and then as restrictions eased, a replacement was found. The most impressive factor is that the replacement cleaner is every bit as good as my first. It was almost a seamless transition from one to the second, and now I am very happy once again.
