How long have you been in business?

Homesure cleaners were established in 2021, However, our head cleaners and businesses owner has been working in the industry for over 5 years, along with our established team we have a combined experience of over 40 years!

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

For all domestic cleaning we advise our clients it's best for your Homesure cleaner to use the cleaning material within your home, this means we ask you to supply your own cleaning supplies. This is to reduce the spread of infection and germs between households and also to ensure that the chemicals we use are safe to use around you and your family and you won’t have any nasty reaction to anything.

In saying this, Our cleaners are able to provide all cleaning products and equipment where required as long as this is pre-agreed

What do you love most about your job?

The thing I love most about my job is seeing how much joy and ease we bring to peoples lives. I love how genuinely happy people are when we've been in and cleaned. Making peoples lives easier is what I love and I feel it's my purpose in life to be able to help people.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The main reason I started my own company was that I knew I could provide a better service and experience than what was already being provided.

As a domestic cleaner working for a company, when I used to go into peoples homes I could see how frustrating it was for people not to be kept in the loop completely. Poor communication from the office and being provided with a service that they were not quite expecting just made me realise that, no matter how good of a cleaner you are, if you don't know how to run a business or provide 5* customer services, you won't be the best.

I knew I could provide outstanding cleaning services as well as the best customer support and service. and that's exactly what I did.

No, sadly we cannot clean remotely. We will need to assess your home in order to carry out our service.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have undertaken Covid Safety training, we wear PPE when required and we consistently maintain extremely high levels of personal hygiene. We still maintain the 2-meter rule where possible and will listen to clients requirements and carry out necessary adaptations where required.
