I have gone into partnership with my partner and my son to set up a wood fired pizza business. After extensive research on people out there selling ovens and trailers we decided to contact Jay Emery. He invited to a consultation day at his factory and within 20 minuites we could tell he really knows this business inside and out. Only one of us had. experience in the catering business and because we were investigating time and money in our new project we needed to know for sure it was going to succeed. After spending time with Jay we could tell that we were talking to a true guru ! Jay inspired us and helped us believe that we really could make our ideas a reality. We went home and discussed our options and budgets deciding that Jay's product was definitely the best out there and we wanted the best. The decision was made. Jay Emery was our man and has remained so. He has provided us with an amazing Bushman Wood Fired pizza oven and kitchen trailer and has supported us ever since as much as possible. Yesterday we launched our business and catered for a private birthday party. Jay was with us every step of the way through that day, he made sure we had everything we needed to make it a success, it was actually a launch and training day and we are glad we had Jay with us as everything that could have gone wrong didn't as he had prempted every mistake we could have made so that we didn't make one. The main point is that we finished the day feeling confident that we now have the knowledge to go out and trade, and that on top of that Jay had given us all his expertise on marketing ourselves in a way that will ensure the on going success of our business. We dined here for the first time last night. The food was excellent. Extremely tasty and presented beautifully. The staff are very attentive and really want you to enjoy the experience. We will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely evening.

My wife & I decided to arrange a lovely black tie dinner party at our home for my 60th birthday and found ourselves let down quite late in the day by the chef originally intended to cater for us.Despite the short notice, these guys pulled out the stops and delivered a truly 5 star experience for us, bringing absolutely everything with them to set up and cater for 12, leaving no stone unturned to satisfy us.Anthony came, set up, cooked, packed away and left not so much as a teaspoon to be washed up!Two servers also came to deliver a truly personal service to the guests at the table.Bless 'em, I cant speak highly enough of Morgans catering. It aint cheap, but the best never is!!!!!
