I recently engaged Speedyplumbing (Suad) to fit an additional radiator in a fairly large room. This necessitated drilling holes through an internal brick wall and connecting to the main inflow/return pipes. Suad identified a fault in the existing pipework, which he rectified by replacing and rearranging some of it. By the time he'd finished he'd converted a pile of spaghetti into a work of art. Suad and Rexhep arrived on time, completed the work within the agreed timescales and cost, made no mess whatsoever, were very polite, very professional and friendly, paying exemplary attention to detail. Suad is obviously a very competent, knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber/CH engineer.
Because of the quality of his work I asked him to find a solution to an existing major problem I had with blocked pipework to 6 radiators. I had previously had the system professionally power flushed by another CH company, which if anything made the problem worse. All existing pipework was underfloor, floor being concrete.
Part of the existing (blocked) pipework needed to be bypassed, which required cutting/capping the offending blocked pipes. Unfortunately these were behind some kichen units at ground level and seemed impossible (to me) to get at without butchering a kitchen unit or disconnecting/moving the unit. Suad managed to cut/cap the pipework by working only within the confines of the narrow space behind the plinth at the bottom of the a unit, so my kitchen units remained undisturbed, a HUGE bonus.
In addition he suggested routing new pipework through the roofspace (plastic pipe), and dropping down walls (copper)to 6 existing radiators. Instead of boxing in the new pipework he suggested using brass pipe clips to make it all look neat , and bending pipework to avoid damaging existing coving, making the end result look more of a feature than an eyesore. Wow, what a result - and no redecorating required.
He did all this faultlessly, If I could give 6 stars I would , and have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Fantastic kitchen can't fault this company apart from the builder they recommended did the building work which was great but after paying him £8,000 was happy not to come back and finish off the rest of the work. Took our side path up during the build filled in with rubble and left with scaffolding boards to walk on rubble filled trench outside back door so can't use back door. 2 jewson bags left on our drive which you can't physically move. Bag of cement left on patio. So please don't use him phil from precision building who kitchens by design recommend. Once he has your money its like he sticks two fingers up at you. Kitchens by design he gives you a bad name don't recommend him.
