After initial good response from Deborah, we arranged a meeting which we had to put back by half an hour and we got no response from her advising if that was ok or not. we then waited for the call to come and it never came. I rang her after 10 minutes of waiting and advised on voicemail that she could ring me up to an hour afterwards as sometimes things do happen.

Hi Barry, I am very sorry to see this review on our profile. I came across your details on Bark about a week ago and during that time we've had 2 great conversations. You mentioned I needed to speak with your wife as she was nervous about giving out her logins as she's been hacked before so I offered to speak with her and reassure her. We agreed on Monday that I would call your wife at 5.30pm on Tuesday. This wasn't the most convenient time for me, as it was my nephew's birthday and family were all gathering together, but I agreed to do it as I genuinely wanted to work with you. I called your wife at 5.30pm and no-one answered. I tried again a few minutes later and no response. The next morning I noticed you had messaged me at 5.20pm asking to move the meeting to 6pm or just after. I didn't see this the night before and responded to you on Wednesday morning at 8.16am apologising for not seeing this and asking if you were free on Wednesday at 6pm for all of us to speak. I have also tried to call you since to apologise for missing this and if you check on Whats app you will see the time I saw your message to show you that I did genuinely not see it before calling your wife. I am very sorry I missed your message, we are a genuine company who try our upmost to keep all clients happy. Prior to this misunderstanding I have always been responsive to you and provided you with quick responses and I sent the proposal to you the day after we spoke as I agreed. Thanks Debs
