Heatseal Insulation Ltd were brilliant from their first contact with us . They were very sympathetic to our worries and concerns and genuinely listened whilst we explained everything. When the surveyor came round she was amazing , explained everything in detail and at the same time ensuring we understood step by step as to what happens next , answering all our questions ,and advising without hesitation . After all was explained and every concern checked /rechecked , we were then given a quote with absolutely no pressure. The team put us completely at ease throughout,which is why we made the choice to go with them (we had received other quotes ) . when the team came they were friendly and explained exactly what they would be doing. What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help customers and rectify any problems that they have in their property, I love problem solving and being able to make people happy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to be able to help customers directly as lots of customers explain to us that in the past companies have had to outsource the work and subcontract, where as we can do this as a company and be efficient and provide a friendly service!

We pride ourselves in being efficient and providing all relevant information to customers, we will not withhold information from you. We will always provide you with the best costs for the quote and explain what is in that quote in detail.

No, reason being we offer a free inspection and we send an assessor to inspect and find the root of the problem and provide a direct solution to that issue, because this is visual we need to be at the property when the homeowner is there.
