Contacted Darrell with a broken laptop screen he responded straight away booked me in for the following day removed the screen to give me my laptop back which i could use with a monitor. Within the day he had sourced the parts and supplied a quote, one of the parts was on fairly long delivery, he kept me updated with the parts and when all in mailed to arange a date and time for fitting which was next day. A few days ago, I contacted Darrell, after a recommendation from a friend. I had a problem with insufficient memory on my PC. Although my computer is very old and the ideal solution was to buy a more up to date system, this was not an option for me. He was very prompt in response to my query and a remote look at the system, confirmed that this was the case. He collected the PC today and within a very short time, rang me to say that it was complete and could he bring it back.
