Eco-Frog (Frog Property Services Ltd) provided a fantastic response to our urgent request for insulation to be fitted to our late parents' empty property to make it ready for guests under the government's Homes for Ukraine scheme. Mike surveyed and quoted the very next day (last Thursday) and juggled jobs to fit us in this week. The work was completed yesterday to a high standard and good price with photos provided and an EPC certificate issued (which the property had never had before). We are very grateful and we are sure that our Ukrainian guests will also be very happy when they arrive, hopefully next week! More...

From the first introduction and property survey to completion, this company is first class……….. professional, friendly, value for money, quality products used, other company’s quotes and professional behaviour didn’t come close.

Mark replied quickly and came round to estimate how best to improve loft insulation. Within a week a top up to 300mm insulation was installed with no obvious dust and a very neat job.

First class response with a reasonable costing and great lead time. So hopefully we will have a toasty warm house soon.

They responded very quickly to my enquiry, and came the same week to carry out the job which was great.
