WOW, what can we say, boiler was down, they came out quickly diagnosed and sorted the issue, we had the choice of new parts or a new boiler, as our boiler was quite old now, we went with new, the lad that came out and fitted it was lovely, chatty and knew his stuff, he cracked on with his work and finished the job clearing any mess behind him, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Due to a faulty fan my central heating boiler ceased to function last weekend. I called Elliott who came and said, after testing, the fan was faulty and needed replacing. He promptly sent through a quotation which I acknowledged and accepted. The fan was ordered and delivered to Elliott the next morning. He contacted me again and said it could be fitted that afternoon. James arrived and fitted the fan. After firing the boiler up he took great care to ensure there were no leaks from the seals in the casing. Recently moved to a property that had a 30yr decrepit heating system with a boiler at the top of the stairs. Elliott looked at various options and the was able to relocate a new boiler into the utility room, new rads and added a rad. Wow ! E J Wheldon Plumbing & Heating are an absolutely amazing company .They beat all other companies on pricing and professionalism. The knowledge and understanding of my needs and requirements were outstanding .I was kept updated with the installation date and offered several options of finance if required . Two guys arrived on time and my new combi boiler and complete central heating system installed. Dylan and James were incredible there was a problem with the Mains outside UNDERGROUND water pipes !! 😩 so they had to work extra hard to overcome and work around this to complete the job . I’ve used this company a couple of times now, once for a new boiler and smart heating control installation and the second time for a smaller plumbing issue. Both times I have received a very high standard of service. Both times I have had far better prices than the competition.The boiler installation was excellent throughout, from initial contact, through to site visit and quotation, and ultimately the actual fitting of the new boiler.The ‘smaller plumbing issue’ wasn’t actually an easy fix, however, Elliot was determined to solve the problem and stuck at it until the fault was identified and finally fixed.I have no issue in recommending this company for all heating and plumbing work. Full Central Heating Installation WOW , doesn't even begin to sum up the level of service that we received from Elliott and his team. We had decided to take the plunge and have central heating installed., from initial point of contact to the final moments of installation Elliott was an absolute superstar - nothing was too much trouble or a problem and he took the time to reassure us every step of the way .
