Post my plans delivered exceptional plans for my double storey house extension. As I don't currently reside in Stoke I thought communication etc would be difficult in arranging a site visit for the property I recently purchased. Yes, we provide remote (covid safe) advice and quotations over the phone or via zoom. To take advantage of this we ask that you email some photos of your property together with the address details, contact phone number and a description of the proposals to enquiries@jpkdesign.co.uk

This is done prior to arranging a site visit or measured survey to reduce the amount of contact our team are having with customers.
During our site visits we would ask that we are able to access the affected rooms alone to survey whilst customers isolate in other areas of the dwelling with windows open throughout the property to allow sufficient ventilation. Our team will sanitise their hands upon entering the property and will be wearing PPE, we would ask that all clients also wear face coverings during our visit and respect social distancing. A covid19 safety information sheet is provided prior to all customers prior to our visit.
