I was a 20 a day smoker and chain vaper. I had been addicted from my first cigarette at 16 years old. Hypnosis was my last ditch attempt as I’d tried everything else and failed. I had cravings the first week but unlike previous attempts, I didn’t give in to them. After a week I was no longer getting cravings. I can’t thank Adrian enough.
