At Watergate Studios we specialise in personal training and small group classes

Personal training is available either on a 1-2-1 or in semi private (max 4 participants per session) setting and is delivered by experienced trainers with years of experience, past results and relevant qualifications including working as industry tutors to train other fitness professionals

The classes are small with just 10 people in them but the workout room is light and airy with plenty of space to workout. The 45 minute FIT8 class is really good . I've been to 4 or 5 now and none have been the same. The routines are broken down into short sessions so the time really flies. The instructors are awesome and because the classes are small they give personal advice about technique for each exercise. The £30/month membership is very reasonable too. Thank you More...

I’m near to completing 8 weeks of Semi Private Personal Training with Greg.
I have never been happier with the results I’ve been able to achieve with Greg’s personal knowledge of training.
I would highly recommend booking with Watergate Studios if you’re looking to loose weight, body fat, inches, improve your body shape and of course achieve a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

I have been a member of a few different gyms over the years but Watergate is by far the best in the area. Small class size, first class instructors who have encouraged me and made me enjoy exercising again, also great fun and encouragement from the other members. I would definitely recommend.

I joined Watergate studios 2 months ago mainly doing semi private PT with Greg and I love it. Each session is a varied all body workout and is very motivating working Out in a small group. Greg is aware of each individuals fitness levels and encourages you to use heavier weights safely each week. The sessions are always fun and flow from start to finish. The studio itself is very unique and if like myself you don't like training in a busy gym this place is perfect as it is all class based guided by excellent instructors. I have also done 1-2-1 PT with greg for just over a year and have gained so many benefits! I never thought I would love exercise as much as I do now. I couldn't recommend Greg enough to anyone with any fitness/weight loss goals!
Big thankyou to you Greg for helping me get closer to my target and being alot happier and confident in myself!

Love this place! Greg's semi pt class is great, he really pushes you to your limit while still feeling in safe hands, tracking your progress and tailoring the exercise to suit the individual. Hannah's classes are sooo tough but she is full of energy and somehow makes them fun :) More...
