Had a phone call from Glen and received a lot of advice and things to try with my dog. He then rang me a couple of weeks later to see how I was getting on and gave me some more advice. Great advice! very down to earth and realistic of capabilities and timings with treatments of dogs. a wide range of knowledge with all dogs as chatted for a long time about various dogs that I know and come into contact with.
(mine being a labrador showing signs of anxitey which is shown through aggresion with new people and building up trust).
also allowing me to understand dogs have their own characteristica that arnt always bad if they are a one person dog. opposed to a dog that's interested in all people.
just like humans.

Paid my deposit in march had one phone call from a trainer heard nothing since yes covid and lockdown but would have expected some form of communication coming up to 6 months no communication

Glen is very knowledgable and friendly. I couldn’t believe he had my dog walking up to other dogs on the first visit, seeing as my dog wanted to bark and attack other dogs before hand so I would steer as clear as possible. What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the worst cases becoming the best cases. Dogs that seem to have no hope, can sometimes turn out to be superstars.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was lucky enough to be invited to train with the 'Dog Whisperer' himself.. Cesar Millan (Yes, the Mexican guy who has the TV series) in California. I was the first English person to attend his training back in 2012, and it was a life changing opportunity.
In fact, I was lucky enough to interview Cesar a couple of years later, and the video is here on my profile.
