It was a shock to discover bed bugs. I steam cleaned everything but didn't get onto the nooks and crannies, so they were still there. I contacted Steel Guard Environmental via Bark, one of three companies on a Sunday night and after speaking to Nicholas from Steel Guard early Monday morning we made an appointment for 10am. I moved into a flat that I bought recently and found out that it was infested with bedbugs. I rang up a Pest Control specialist I found on Trustatrader and Nick came within a few days. He was very knowledgeable and generally a friendly man. He came in for a second spray as promised after a couple of weeks and left some insect monitors. Its been a month and so far so good. Nick was so helpful. I was able to book an appointment very quickly. He came over to sort out a Flea and Mouse problem. He was very polite and VERY helpful. He was able to answer my questions and even let me put some items back into our rooms so they could be treated with the flea spray. He performed a thorough check for the mice and used many ways to catch them. He then came back 2 futher times, to re spray for fleas that could have been in their protected state the first time and to check on the mouse status. The third time was to finalise the mouse issue.
