I approached Peter after having an unpleasant and unresponsive relationship with another 'accountant', and he quickly managed to unravel things during the course of a 40 minute initial phone call. I went to meet with him and Aleks at his home address the next day, and he spent 3 or 4 hours with me going through the situation with a fine tooth comb, and efficiently managed to discover lots of failings on the part of the other accountant that I wouldn't have even known how to look for. Dealing with Peter and Aleks is an absolute pleasure; Emails and text messages are replied to extremely quickly and Peter has taken charge of dealing with HMRC and Companies House and always messages as soon as they need something. A very reassuring company to deal with. There are good accountants and bad accountants. PHA is a brilliant one. Annual Year End Accounts
If you are a Director of a Limited Company then you are required to prepare Accounts that must be filed with Companies House in a prescribed, statutory format.

Payroll and CIS
We provide a friendly and personal payroll service that is accurate and will save your company time and money. We have an experienced payroll staff who will liaise with your company to ensure that your payroll is completed by the deadline and is compliant with the ever increasing HMRC rules and regulations.

VAT Returns and Making Tax Digital
The VAT registration threshold currently stands at £85,000. If your business’ annual turnover exceeds this threshold you must register for VAT scheme within 30 days.
Should it become necessary for you to register for VAT, we can deal with all of the paperwork for you.
From April 2019, a new law will require businesses above the VAT threshold to file quarterly returns using bookkeeping software only.

Personal Tax Self Assessments

For a flat fee of just £95 per Tax Return, we will become your agent with HMRC and deal with them directly on your behalf including completion and submission of your Self Assessment Tax Return – so you won't ever need to worry about the January 31st deadline again!
We also provide an Online Accounting Services so you don't even have to meet us to have your Tax Return submitted!
CIS Repayments
Due to the way the CIS Tax operates, most of subcontractors are due a substantial Tax Repayment. This is because the overall Tax payable is lower than the 20% that is deducted from each time you get paid for your work, once we include all your Business expenses.
We offer a easy, no hassle, quick turnaround CIS Tax Return Service that includes the completion of your Tax Return, Expenses Advisory and Review.
Our charges for the CIS Refund start from only £150 per Return and our Clients benefit from an average refund of £2,000 - £2,500.
