Signed up for Magin's monthly maintenance package for my website after several issues I've encountered in the past. I was paying double the price with a web design agency for the same services but never saw any improvement with my website. Magin Web Design kept my site running at it's best. Their monthly service also includes monthly changes for my website which is great. I'm not the easiest person to impress but Magin Web Design truly did an awesome job with my website! I was so particular with my requirements and was desperately looking for that 'connection' that I ended up with literally, more than 20 quotes from different web designers. Frankly, I am not sure exactly why I chose Magin web design in the end. maybe it was because they were patient to answer all my questions. maybe because of the friendliness? who knows? overall, I think it was because they made me feel special. Just had my leaflets done by Magin webdesign. I initially ordered from another company but I was very disappointed and had to send them back. Magin did not give me the cheapest quote out of the many designers I contacted however, based on our conversations I felt like they truly understood what I wanted. They have nicely prepared a quote for me and asked clarifications before explaining me how the website will be made which I really like.It is easy to say 'yes we can do it' but for me it is not enough for me to trust. After a failed experience from a previous designer I hired, I just couldn't take the risk.My website is not live yet however, I was shown the draft which is nearly finished and I am so happy about it. Absolutely happy with our brand new website! Our online shop's website was desperately in need of a new look and additional functionalities. Not my first time to work with web designers. I believe that websites should always be up to date that is why we always reinvent our website every now and then. I would say I have a fair share of experience working with web designers and developers. I might be terrible in choosing who to work with having a lot of bad experiences with designers in the past. We relied too much on agencies and this time we decided to go with Magin.Sorry to say but I think agencies are just overpriced and to be honest, they don't really care about our website.
